How are items shipped?

We currently ship across the U.S. and Canada via trusted carriers. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your purchase arrives safely and beautifully.

 Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes! 🌿 In keeping with our eco-friendly values, we ship in recycled and recyclable packaging. Every order is packed thoughtfully, minimizing waste while protecting your garment.

Can I get an original Panna’s Pantry box?

Yes! For those who want the full luxury experience, you can choose to receive your order in our signature Panna’s Pantry box — made with premium recycled materials and designed for reuse.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via standard or express options.  You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you offer returns?

Because many of our pieces are consigned and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about fit or fabric, we’re always happy to help before checkout!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. and Canada, but we’re working on expanding our reach.  If you’re based elsewhere, please email us — we’ll do our best to assist with custom shipping options.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

 Quality & Condition Standards

Every item is inspected and professionally cleaned before it reaches you. We only accept garments that are new, like new, or gently worn — never visibly used or damaged.

Consignor Payouts

Once your item sells, you’ll receive payment by the beginning of the following month. Payouts are typically via bank transfer, venmo or store credit (your choice!). 

Can I Update or Withdraw My Consigned Item?

Yes — if your item hasn’t sold, you may request to withdraw it (shipping fees will apply).  If your piece is sold or reserved, withdrawal isn’t possible. 

 Events & Pop-Ups

Yes! Panna’s Pantry regularly hosts pop-up events and collaborations showcasing new and preloved designer fashion and jewelry.
